We are looking for an experienced Global Recruitment Manager (m/f/d) that will be in charge of the Global recruitment policy and the Employer branding activities that promote Kardex as the employer of choice.

We would prefer if you are located close to one of our offices in Europe, which you can find on our website. After a successful introduction, we offer the possibility to work 2 days per week home based and 3 days from one of our offices

You will be in charge for these processes in our Holding company and all our divisions.

One of the main goals for Kardex is to attract and retain talents, and we have during that last years attracted many talented employees. We have seen that to recruit the right people with the right competence has become more difficult than ever, but we would like to be successful with our recruitments also in the future. To win the war of talents we have realized that we need to be even more professional in our recruitment process and how we brand ourselves in the market. This will be your main responsibility in your new role.

Kardex has been a successful company for many years, and in your new role Employer Branding concept and activities is a vital part of attracting the talents to create future success. The Global Recruitment Manager will oversee all HR-related Employer Branding activities, which at the end support the recruitment process. The overall goal for this role is to develop and deliver efficient, effective, and professional Recruitment/Employer Branding activities which promote Kardex as an employer of choice and deliver talented candidates to all open positions within Kardex.
All services should be delivered through close collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders and suppliers. This includes designing and improving recruiting procedures, supervising and supporting the recruiting manager and teams, monitoring the performance of the recruitments and develop actions to reach the recruitments goals for Kardex.

The role is a new role within Kardex and we expect our new Global Recruitment Manager to be independent and a team-player, with an innovative and creative mindset, and with a drive for Employer Branding and the overall recruitment process. We offer a role that includes both hands on recruitments as well as implementing global strategic initiatives for recruitment and Employer Branding. You will do your share of recruitments for key positions and the role will be a combination of an operative, administrative and strategic role.
  • Ensure that Kardex has a global professional and harmonized recruitment policy and ensure that all entities following the defined process
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the whole recruitment process
  • Keeping track on all open recruitments and follow up on
  • Ensure that the set targets for “Time to Hire” and “Time to Fill” are reached
  • Having defined a clear Employer Branding strategy and a set of strategic priorities to communicate and engage top talents through the right touchpoints and experiences
  • Forecast future hiring needs through close collaboration with management teams, hiring managers and HR staff
  • Global recruitment in an international environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in a senior recruiting role in an internationally operating company
  • Excellent communicator with good networking skills
  • Innovative and creative mindset
  • Knowledge of candidate’s selection methods and assessments
  • Experience from usage of dedicated recruitment tools
  • Experience within Employer Branding strategies
  • Several years of leadership experience as a plus
  • Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills
  • Ability to manage strategic, operational and administrative tasks
  • Is able to work both independently and within teams
  • Knowledge about the recruitment market in Germany is a plus
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
