• Lead Lean 6 Sigma projects to increase efficiency (labor time, cycle time, bottleneck analysis).
• Train and coach employees (Yello/Green Belt) and enable them to implement the needed improvement.
• Benchmarking and best practice sharing with other sites.
• Enhancing and maintaining improvement platforms and delivering project presentations.
• Support and advise supervisors and managers in the CIP process.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (Inudstrial Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering).
• Document and report improvement measures and project results.
• Cost calculation (ROI)

Who we're looking for

• Certification as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
• Strong technical educational background
• 8+ experience in leading improvement projects and coaching.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Agility and ownership in managing changing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate across disciplines.
• Excellent English skills
• ERP (SAP), MES knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge in value stream mapping and process documentation.
• Experience with automation technologies and digital tools (e.g., process mining, MES, ERP systems like SAP).
• Knowledge in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) for setup time optimization.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Minitab, PowerBI) for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with FMEA, APQP, 8D methods for quality management.
• Experience with Planview (project/portfolio management)
