The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.

The impact you'll make

As a member of the Reliant Single Wafer Clean Business Operations group, you will be a key contributor to ensuring alignment between Customer, Account Team Sales and Factory operations. Responsible for aligning customer specification requirements and Hardware configurations to best support our customers focused on Specialty Technology and Advanced Packaging.

What you'll do

• Manage order execution
• Optimize configurations to reduce product costs and maximize profitability
• Single point of contact and link between regional sales teams and factory for ordered systems
• Maintains relationship with field personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions
• Cost analysis of shipped systems (calculation vs. actuals)

• Bachelor's or Master's degreein operations management, business, engineering or related field
• Minimum of 7-10 year´s work experience in comparable position, preferrably in semiconductor environment
• Robust Technical knowledge Spin Clean Tools and connected processes from the perspective of a semiconductors supplier
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Entrepreneurial mindset / hands-on mentality
• Ability to establish successful relationships in a multicultural environment with external and internal customers
• Willingess to travel worldwide at ~10%

What We're Offering

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry (https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV-2025_2026/FMTI_Mindesgehaltstabelle_2025.pdf) in the occupation group H depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
